New construction retail at the base of a four story 18 unit luxury condo building. Delivery is expected in the first quarter of 2023. Landlord will turn key the construction for a tenant and the space is divisible. For a sale of the condo the developer will deliver the space in a white box condition including appropriately sized HVAC system, plumbing stubbed to premises, 400 AMP 3-Phase electric service, store front, sprinkler loop and other life safety systems. There are up to four deeded onsite and attached heated parking space at $30,000 per spot. The space is zoned B3-2 which allows for a variety of uses.
